What is Next Steps at Valor Church?
Next Steps is Valor Church’s membership and connection class for anyone new to our northwest Arvada community. It covers who we are, what we believe, and how to get plugged into the church family. It is the clearest on-ramp we have and the best first step after a Sunday service.
How do I register for Next Steps?
Fill out a connect card on Sunday or visit valor.church and let us know you are interested. Someone will follow up with the next available date and details.
Is Next Steps open to first-time visitors?
Yes. You do not have to be a regular attender or a member to come to Next Steps. If you are curious about Valor and want to know more, this is exactly where to start.
What ages can attend Valor Kid’s Camp?
Valor Kid’s Camp is open to children ages 2 years through 5th grade.
When is Valor Kid’s Camp 2026?
Kid’s Camp runs June 8 through 11, 2026 at Excel Academy, 11500 W 84th Ave, Arvada, CO. Same location as our Sunday services in northwest Arvada.
Is Valor Kid’s Camp similar to VBS?
Yes. Valor Kid’s Camp is our version of Vacation Bible School. Kids get Bible stories, worship, crafts, recreation, and real community in a safe, energetic environment. It is one of the best weeks of the summer.
How do I register my child for Kid’s Camp?
Registration is available at valor.church. Spots fill up, so register early. Ages 2 years through 5th grade are welcome.
Does Valor Church have events for families?
Yes. Valor is built for families. Kid’s Camp, Next Steps, and our regular Sunday services all have the whole family in mind. Valor Kids runs birth through 5th grade every Sunday at 10am, and Valor Youth meets Wednesday nights at 6:30pm.
